Friday Virtue #3: Be foolish and stupid with a smile

It’s Friday again, and I’ve been going through the quotes this morning to set the tone for the weekend. This one got me smiling a bit, and so it’s a clear winner.

“If you want to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid” – Epictetus

Now there’s a good one, right? I bet you know what it’s like to feel foolish and stupid at times – I certainly do. But from now on, let’s just call it ‘improvement’. Go forth and improve, and never mind what the assholes think.

Happy Friday all, have a nice weekend.
